Our Physicians

The physicians of Perinatal Partners are the Dayton Region’s only board-certified Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialists. In addition to obtaining certification in obstetrics and gynecology, our physicians have completed formal training and have advanced knowledge of the medical, genetic, surgical and obstetrical complications that can occur during pregnancy. Using the most recent approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of obstetrical problems, they are warm, friendly and committed to exceptional care for their patients.

Ran Neiger, MD

Dr. Neiger was born in Israel. He graduated from medical School in 1982 and did his Ob/Gyn residency training at Memorial Medical Center, Savannah, Georgia, and his Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellowship at Brown University, Providence, Rhode Island. He is board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.


After finishing his training Dr. Neiger spent 11 years in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he was the Director of Obstetric Services and of the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. He reached the academic rank of a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Tennessee and became the Director of the Ob/Gyn Residency Program. He is currently a Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wright State University.


Dr. Neiger authored and co-authored many scientific publications and presented his work in many national and international meetings. He is a member of various national medical societies. He is married and has four children.
